A gentle yoga class specifically designed for gentle bodies. Chair yoga is ideal for those braving conditions, such as chronic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoporosis, and multiple sclerosis. It may also benefit people over a certain age who have trouble moving through the up and down motions of traditional yoga. Claire and Joanie of The Yoga Chapple lead this stabilizing and re-energizing practice. Yogis will be safely distanced, chairs supplied.
