Join us for a three-hour evening exploring the perimenopausal transition and beyond, through both historical and contemporary lenses.
In 2024, the Stratford Perth Museum partnered with Judy Gardiner to present six groundbreaking seminars that sold out in record time. That work was recognized by the Canadian Museum Association as being “ahead of the curve” in addressing wellness in museum spaces — a theme echoed at the American Museum Conference that same year.
Due to popular demand, Judy has designed this all-in-one seminar, drawing together key topics from the original six sessions into a single, accessible evening.
About the Presenter: Judy Gardiner is a provincially and nationally recognized expert on midlife women’s health. As a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care and Heart Disease, she was deeply moved to improve the state of midlife women’s health when she started a harsh menopause transition a few years ago and couldn’t find any access to evidence-based care. She has become Menopause Society Certified, opened midlife health clinics, spoken at The Menopause Show on Heart Disease and Osteoporosis, and served as a Top Expert Group Member on the development of the Centre for Effective Practice Menopause Management online tool for Health Care Providers. She believes that sharing knowledge, working collaboratively with both patients and providers, and improving midlife health for all is a wonderful opportunity to enhance our community.
