Will the car rally take place on any gravel roads?

No the entire route will only travel on paved roads.

Are only North American cars manufactured before 1975 allowed to enter the rally/ show?

This is the theme of the featured cars for this year, but other makes and years are welcome to join in on the fun.

May I participate in both the car rally and the car show?

Of course! Your entry fee for the car rally includes a place for you in the car show as well. If you are not planning to "show" your car after the event, we ask that you let us know so that we can bring in other cars for the "Show & Shine".

Where does the event begin and end?

The event begins at Avon Public School 31 Huntingdon Ave, Stratford, ON N5A 6N7

The rally concludes and the show & shine and afternoon festivities continues at the Stratford Perth Museum 4275 Huron Street, Stratford, ON N5A 6S6

When can I come to set up my car for the Show & Shine?

The event is open to the public at 3pm, but you can come to place your car any time after 1:30 pm

Who can participate in the Car Rally?

The short answer is EVERYONE! You do not need to have an antique/ collectible car to drive in the Car Rally. All roadworthy vehicles can participate.

My car is not a North American car manufactured before 1975. May I still bring it to the Car Show?

YES! We are featuring cars made of this era, but all antique, and collectible cars are most welcome to come to the Show & Shine.

Is there a fee to enter my car in the Show & Shine?

No. There are no car entry fees. There will be a general admission fee of $10 per person to the event. (Note this does not include admission into the Museum itself.)

I am participating in the Car Rally. Will I need to pay general admission to enter the event?

NO! Entry into the grounds at the museum is included in your Rally entry fee.
