We just want to say a quick thanks to all the people who made our Flavours of Perth Barbecue in Sebringville Monday night such a huge success.
The volunteers who sold tickets, cooked corn, managed the event, set-up, take-down and everything else.
The Perth County Pork Producers who provided and prepared the smoked pork chops, Shakepeare Pies, Tanner Scott and his fresh corn and Tim Hortons for the coffee.
And of course to all the people who bought tickets — we served 300 meals — a record!
Also – congratulations to Sharon Latimer of Stratford, our 50-50 winner who took home $243.
